Friendly service, put extra effort behind simple sale

I ordered a Sony digital camera for my daughter for Christmas ($600). I received a phone call the next day to validate the order, and to ask me if I wanted the 5 yr extended warranty... which I did. The salesman also offered lens covers for a discounted price. Yes, I realize that these transactions were sales for Abes, but it was refreshing to receive a follow up phone call from an internet transaction. I would definitely buy from them again.
