Aquacave Made it right

AquaCave not only made things right, but changed the warranty on the product line so that AquaCave would deal with it directly rather than have the manufacturer deal with it (the manufacturer was the root cause of much of my problems).

By Ultium - February 7, 2009I recieved a defective product from Aquacave and they refused to even reply to me for four weeks. After that they promised a replacement and never followed through. I have repeatedly engaged them on this and three months have gone by with now follow through. Do not risk your money with this vendor. There are many others that are much better.
