You may not return items purchased in a store through the mail. *Returning Via Buckle Store: If you are returning your purchase to a store, please take with you the original Online Purchase Receipt and the credit card used in making the purchase. With the Online Purchase Receipt, you may exchange your merchandise at any store or we will issue credit to the credit card used in making the purchase. You will not be able to receive cash back from a return of an online purchase. Without the Online Purchase Receipt, their store employees must obtain online order confirmation from the corporate office before a return or exchange can be completed. This process may delay the completion of your return.
