If you need to return merchandise you may return it by mail service or return it to one of Buckle stores. All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase. The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns. The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective. The merchandise must be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned with vendor and price tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original box, with stickers attached. The shoes must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective. Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your shoes should be resolved before wearing them outside. Additional shoe care tips will be provided to you with your order. *Swimwear Return Policy: For health reasons, undergarments must be worn when trying on swimwear. Due to the nature of the garments, swimwear cannot be returned, unless defective or in original condition (no wear, with original tags and hygiene liners attached) and within 30 days of purchase. *Returning Via US Mail: If you are returning your purchase via any form of mail service, please follow the instructions on your Online Purchase Receipt carefully. Their packaging is designed so that you may use the same box to send us your return. You must prepay the shipping charges on your return; C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted. You may not return items purchased in a store through the mail. *Returning Via Buckle Store: If you are returning your purchase to a store, please take with you the original Online Purchase Receipt and the credit card used in making the purchase. With the Online Purchase Receipt, you may exchange your merchandise at any store or we will issue credit to the credit card used in making the purchase. You will not be able to receive cash back from a return of an online purchase. Without the Online Purchase Receipt, their store employees must obtain online order confirmation from the corporate office before a return or exchange can be completed. This process may delay the completion of your return.
