I will NOT ever rent from Budget again

I booked online on November 14, 2008 for a 3:30 p.m. pick-up on November 16, 2008 car rental at the Anaheim location,near Disneyland, California. I was there at 3:30 p.m. (according to Budget's rental car location clock on their wall) on November 16, 2008 to pick up a FULL SIZE rental car. The attendant in the front counter told me that I was LATE therefore they do NOT have my car anymore. I was exactly on time so I told them that I will complain with Budget and I would like to speak to the manager. The Branch Manager, Becky K., told me that they have a FORD FUSION for my FULL SIZE RENTAL. According to Budget rental car picture charting that they have on the front counter, the FORD FUSION were considered a STANDARD SIZE which was at least $10 less per day for rental. I told them if I was going to take the smaller car then they have to adjust the rental rate. They declined and basically told me to take the FORD FUSION at the FULL SIZE RENTAL rate or leave it. I left the Budget rental car and never dealt with BUDGET RENTAL CAR again. I eventually rented from Enterprise for the lower price and a REAL FULL SIZE CAR. Enterprise Rental Car gave me a FORD TAURUS for my FULL RENTAL CAR. I was told by my associates that BUDGET and AVIS rental are the same company. I avoided both AVIS and Budget Rental Car to save myself a lot headaches in the long run.
