- Coupons do not work on clearance items. I recently ordered 10 items but only 9 arrived in a tampered package. I notified their customer service right away. Of the remaining items ordered, 5 of the 9 are no longer in-stock or don't have my size. And yet I was charged for the shipping fees of $7 for the 1 item. It was my first time ordering and will be the last!!
