Super Easy Returns & Free Exchanges Here's all you do: Place your return or exchange items in the labeled envelope included with your order. Leave it by your mailbox for your postal carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We will deduct $4.95 from your order refund for return postage. However, we will not deduct $4.95 from your order for exchanges and they will be shipped back to you at no extra charge. Send your returns to: Nordstrom P.O.
