- No Purchase Necessary: Purchase will not improve chances of winning. For your entry to be valid, visit CouponMountain.com to assist you with finding the answer to the specified question, and then come back to the CouponMountain Blog to drop a note as a comment to the relevant blog post with the answer to the specified question. When you comment, make sure that you submit your comment using a valid email address as this email address will be used to contact you if you are the winner. Each promotion will end at 12:00 AM (PST) seven (7) days after the promotion launch date, which is listed by the promotion question. To enter without commenting to this blog post, hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers, and the words "Coupon Mountain Holiday Promotions" along with the date of the promotion launch on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: ValueClick Brands: Coupon Mountain Holiday Promotions, 222. E. Huntington Drive, Suite 105, Monrovia, CA 91016 within seven (7) days of the promotion launch date. Only one (1) entry per person per promotion is permitted. Sponsor, ValueClick Brands Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any winner whose winning entry appears to Sponsor to have been the result of mechanical reproduction. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
- Prize: For each promotion, to one (1) winner, Sponsor will award one (1) prize bundle (listed below based on promotion dates), with a total approximate retail value under $2,000. One (1) prize bundle will be awarded per promotion. Each entrant is eligible to win once and once only. A winner may only win one (1) prize bundle. In the event that a person's name is selected twice or more, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Some of the below prizes require winner response to size and other similar inquires.

- Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Sponsor or any affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This offer is void in New York and Florida, and wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules. Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prize and the identity of the winner to appropriate taxing authorities.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected via random drawing within three (3) days of the promotion ending time (10 days after the promotional launch date) from all eligible entries by authorized personnel of Sponsor. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email, phone, or mail and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, including the winner's social security number for tax reporting purposes, which must be notarized and a Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for tax reporting purposes. The affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, Form W-9 (if applicable), and any other necessary requested documents must be returned within 14 days of the date mailed to the winner or an alternate winner may be selected. Except as specifically provided herein, the prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
- Prize Restrictions: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to the release of his or her name for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and prize suppliers are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway-related materials, stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. By participating in this giveaway and accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agents, prize suppliers, and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaway or resulting from the winner's participation in the giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the rules of the giveaway.
