HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Urgh. I want to puke just thinking about it. Never buying from here again and rest be assured I will spread my experience. My order came in wrong. I sent them back to get a different color instead. They never sent the right ones in... I had to call literally around 20 times before they even started to help me on my order. They told me my order had been canceled because I had entered the wrong zipcode. They never emailed me about this. They never contacted me in any way for three months. They refunded my originally order on a gift certificate, which was later canceled, and the money never returned back to my account. Each manager gave me a new excuse. "I was out of town," "Our office just moved," etc, actually expecting me to believe them. Making dumbass excuses... I do not care if you were out of town. Business is business and you are supposed to handle the customers first. I got so fed up, around four months later, that I asked them to issue a refund. They told me three days max. Did that happen? Hell no. So I ordered from the sunglasseswarehouse and guess what? My order came on time, the right color, and they even emailed me as to where my order was located. I had no problems with them whatsoever. However, I continued to call eyesave.com and spoke with several managers, all who told me that the refund was being issued and who made up more bullshit excuses and lies. The refund was issued eventually almost a month later. It was disturbing. I have never encountered a company as unprofessional and not caring as this one
