Terrible quality, terrible service
By arby - July 20, 2009Coworkers and I ordered flowers for another SICK coworker, thinking we'd brighten her day. The flowers were terrible and looked NOTHING like what we ordered! Their "preferred florist" who handled the order used cheap, inferior flowers (not to mention, significantly fewer than what should have been in the arrangement. The arrangement was mostly inexpensive greenery/filler, the arranging itself looked like it was done by someone who has no idea how to arrange flowers...certainly not a professional service! flower.com customer service was very uncooperative when I tried to get a satisfactory resolution, even the supervisor. Even after sending them a photo of the terrible arrangement, they all seemed to think the order had been satisfactorily fulfilled. See with your own eyes.
