Great Customer Service
I've been ordering from here for years. The only problem I've ever had was getting the items too early. I've also had a few items come in that didn't look "perfect" upon opening the box (gift box bent up etc) so I called in to CS and they shipped me out a new one over night free of charge. It's happened 2x and they've ALWAYS been so very helpful. I'm really surprised by the negative comments I'm seeing here on the site.
