Purchases of IBM Certified Used Personal Computing products can be returned for a refund if you call IBM Credit at 1-800-334-9693 within seven (7) days after IBM Credit delivers the product to you. If you call after seven (7) days but within three (3) months after you receive delivery, an equivalent product will be shipped in exchange for the original product.
