Sales clerk Karen was especially helpful to me. She showed me where to find items and suggested good alternatives when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for at the best prices. Also Martha was courteous and helpful when I paid for the items.

I have tried locating the jcpsurvey for the 15% coupon and have not been able to find it. The receipt dates are expiring and if and when I can locate the survey the dates will have expired. Also I feel that the customers should be able to get the 15% coupons more than once a month since I am sure that you, the company, is not loosing very much especially if most customers are like me that I spend soooo much money at your store every month and 15% does help. Hope that you do read the comments sent in by your customers and that you consider this request. I am sure that the customers would come to JCPenney more often with the coupons. I have shopped at JCPenney`s for more then 50 years ,That makes me 72 years old ,I would like to buy clothes suited for people my age , not low cut neck lines. I`d like to have slacks in colors besides brown navy black or gray.I wear a size 1x .you have other colors in smaller sizes. It`s a fact there are more larger people, then there is smaller people. So you would make more money if you had a bigger space in the stores for bigger clothes also I think all the larger underclothes should be where ,larger womens clothes are.Now they hang at the bottom of the rack. Problems, problems. Attempted to take survey a few days after my purchase and I had trouble doing so. Now that I have attempted again, I am past the expiration date. This seems to me not to be real user friendly.

I use the survey coupon all the time, it's great! The thing is, you have to take the survey within seven days of your purchase in order for it to work, and you can only do one every month. I've never had trouble with accessing the site or getting the coupon, the barcode doesn't usually scan from my printer but as long as the letters are on there the cashier can type them in and it's fine.

I'm not sure what good it is to complain about the JCPSurvey not working when the oldest complaint is from Nov 08 and and its still not working. I also emailed JC Penney directly to complain. With so many complaints you'd think it would have been fixed. Not good PR for JC Penney

I'm in total agreement with all the other comments concerning accessing the site to take the survey - I've tried multiple times and to no avail. I'm a Platinum card holder and feel your survey is not in my best interest (or the others, for that matter).
