Stinks! After I got to the "Promo" survey portion, I got "expired". Too much trouble for a lousy 15% off.

I use the survey coupon all the time, it's great! The thing is, you have to take the survey within seven days of your purchase in order for it to work, and you can only do one every month. I've never had trouble with accessing the site or getting the coupon, the barcode doesn't usually scan from my printer but as long as the letters are on there the cashier can type them in and it's fine.

A company as good a JC Penney should have a working survey for their customers to receive their discount. When it does not work, it really makes them look bad. Why even mention it?????

I'm not sure what good it is to complain about the JCPSurvey not working when the oldest complaint is from Nov 08 and and its still not working. I also emailed JC Penney directly to complain. With so many complaints you'd think it would have been fixed. Not good PR for JC Penney

I'm in total agreement with all the other comments concerning accessing the site to take the survey - I've tried multiple times and to no avail. I'm a Platinum card holder and feel your survey is not in my best interest (or the others, for that matter).

Why give instructions on the back of your receipts to get a 15% off discount coupon and then the customer can not access it ? Not a very good pratice to satisfy your customers.

I wish to recommend two ladies at the children's department who were so helpful to me today. This was at the Aubur, Me. store, Lauren and Beverly were so helpful today. I shop for 47 children whose parents are having a difficult time and both these ladies were so helpful today.

this is a hit or miss deal---sometimes I can acess the coupon survey and at other time it comes up with all kinds of attempts to get me to sign up for unwanted products----frustrating!!!!

do not use the search or web search on your internet browser---log on by keying jcpsurvey.com into the address line on the top of your browser. The survey will come right up
