quickest and easiest way to return merchandise and receive an immediate refund or credit.
By Mail: complete the "Returns or Exchange" form on the invoice and return it with the item. If you don't
have your invoice, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number (if it was a credit
purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the JCPenney Customer
Service address nearest you. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
