Very reliable & resourceful!

I bought Logitech speakers for my computer about 18 months ago. I recently had an issue with not all of my speakers working (The set I have has 5 speakers & a sub-woofer) So I contacted Logitech via the phone and had the best tech support help I've ever had with any item I've ever bought in the past! Most companies would've told me "your warranty is up, so it'll be either X amount of dollars to have us trouble-shoot your problem, or you can take them to someplace that we recommend to have them fixed." Not Logitech! The gentleman I dealt with never said a word about the warranty being expired or any costs, he just dove right in & helped. He even broke it down into plain english (for those of us who aren't all that tech talk saavy.) & did everything he could to help. About an hour after he & I hung up from this call, he called me back & said "I thought about what all we talked about and ran it thru several other techs & manuals we have, because I just didn't feel like we solved your issues." Long story short, they emailed me a UPS ground shipping label so I could ship back the sub-woofer (because it has the volume pad hardwired into it, which he thought might be the root of the issue)for free, and promised to have it either repaired or replaced within 72 hours of receiving it. Guess what? They didn't just send me a new sub-woofer/volume pad, they sent me an entire new speaker system & when I called to ask if I had to then ship back the old speakers since they sipped me a new set, they said no, I can keep all of it! That was a $150 set when I bought it, & I got the entire thing replaced for free!
