Worst on-line shopping experience ever!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM MINITOTS!!
By megkb - August 5, 2009After purchasing an "in-stock" baby dresser for my son May 15, '09, I saw that my debit card had been charged the next day. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation by email so I contacted the customer service email a week or so later and heard back from "Rose" who said the item was on backorder and would ship from the manufacturer in 2-4 weeks. I contacted them 3 weeks later, "Rose" still did not have a date of arrival. I contacted 2 weeks later by phone and there was no way to get in touch with anyone. Every extension was a voice mail. I left a message stating that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau of NY for charging my card without shipping the order. I never received a return call. I emailed again and heard back from "Rose" saying she would have her customer service manager contact me. "Joe" emailed apologizing and to say that the warehouse is a mess and they would ship the dresser out within a day or two. 10 days went by and still I had not received the dresser. I contacted them August 3rd and they said they don't know when it will be in stock. They completely lied, have no idea what customer service is. I asked for a refund which they said they would do but that was two full days ago and my bank has no knowledge of a pending credit to my card. I am so frustrated that after 3 months, I still do not have a dresser for my son!!
