Requests for returns must be made within 45 days.
In order for you to make a return please follow the following directions carefully.
You will need to pack the item and all the paperwork that came with it back into the box. Do not write on the manufacturer's box (if there is one).
On the back of the Invoice in the upper right hand corner there should be a Return Label. You will need to contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have your RA# (Return Authorization)write it in the space provided on the label.
Affix the label on the outside of the box.
Make a copy of your invoice for your records. Place the original invoice inside the box.
Please be aware that if you do not return all parts of the item (including warranty card, manuals, free gifts, etc) it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
