Not so happy customer...
By fancynancy104 - March 12, 2009I didn't have such a good experience with myweddingfavors.com. First I was charged twice for an order that I made, and when I called to have the second charge removed, the customer service rep told me that I must have made the order twice. He didn't seem understanding at all. I had to request that I be refunded the money. When he looked into it, he replied that I was "saved," since the order was placed as "fraud" since it was placed twice. I specifically know that I only clicked submit once, so there should be no reason that it was charged twice. 10 whole days later, I was notified that one of my items was on backorder, and that it wouldn't be available for another 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of getting none of my items, my package was not shipped until I notified the company that the item was back in stock. I finally received my order over a month after I placed the order, and one of the items arrived broken. The items that arrived safely are very cute, but after all that, I was highly disappointed with the company. Just a word of warning!! I would shop somewhere else.
