My Twinn doesn't charge sales tax in most states. However, state law requires My Twinn to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Virginia regardless of where the purchase originates from. On orders shipped to Colorado, Massachusetts and North Carolina, state regulations require us to collect sales tax based on the entire order amount, including the shipping and handling fee.
Payment Policy:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We don't take personal checks, money orders, purchase orders, CODs, International credit cards, PayPal or CyberCash. Sorry, we can't accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Return Policy:
You may return or exchange any clothing item, accessory, Plush Pet or non-personalized My Twinn doll in its original condition within 30 days. Any personalized My Twinn doll or personalized My Twinn baby may be returned in its original condition within 60 days. We charge a non-refundable $25 customization fee when a personalized My Twinn doll or My Twinn baby is returned. We deduct the fee from your refund amount.
