All of their purchases are shipped from our Southern California facility via UPS or Fed-Ex, to arrive within 5-14 business days of receipt of order. In the event of a delay, they will notify you by mail. Note items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. Large items will be shipped via freight carriers. If you require an unusual delivery, such as carrying products up many flights of stairs, there may be a surcharge charged to you by the freight carrier . They cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses, or Guam.

They collect sales tax on all orders shipped within California. No sales tax is collected for any orders shipped outside of California.

Returns will not be accepted unless a return authorization number has been provided. All returns without an authorization will be refused. The customer is expected to package the return merchandise properly and pay the freight back. Failure to do so can cause you to receive less than full credit. The credit amount will be established after the merchandise has been received in our facility. All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. No returns accepted for any custom sizes rugs or custom bindings.
