POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered something off of qvc.com on a friday, paid for the premium shipping to have it arrive on the following monday. So I wait all this time monday comes along...no package. So I contact qvc.com over the phone & they say there was some problem with my zip code. They say that they tried to call me. Now in all honesty the # I was told that they called from was in my phones history, but it was a long distance #. I guess it never ocurred to them someone might not pick up a long distance call just because its long distance. On top of everything they didn't leave a message on my answering machine or send me an email of any kind. I was steaming when I found this out on monday.
