Don't read all horror stories... or believe all the reviews. By Anna - July 16, 2008People complain more than they compliment. I want to make sure to let people know, I have endured the BEST quality service from this company, granted I did not get email. But the explanation is thorough! Along with the currency exchange when I saw the charge higher than it was. They explained so well. I was also explained that I was going to have to wait a long time for my order, and really they shipped quickly. I was really impressed. Please do allow them to show you their finer side and not jump to the side of the negative people who always post. If they have under 50 complaints and been in business for 10 years... they are awesome! Simply check them out for yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed their customer service.
