Shoes, swimwear, and special occasion apparel are returnable within 15 days of receipt unworn, in new condition with all tags attached (swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached). Fine jewelry and watches are returnable within 45 days of purchase and special return instructions are enclosed with the purchase. Customized items (such as made-to-measure blinds) and items that have been monogrammed or personalized are not returnable.
