Absolutely ridiculous! None of the coupons work. I was on the phone with a representative that could barely speak english-she processed my order twice and still couldn't get it right after 25 minutes. Target advertising is extremely misleading, you will NEVER get what their website claims you will get when you checkout. Still fighting with rep from target-- I WILL get my free shipping! If the price on the item wasn't so great, I would not pursue this. BUT THIS WILL BE MY LAST ORDER from Target.com.

OK... I get it... free shipping on "selected items". My item was 79.99 with 44.74 shipping... no hope of getting it shipped for free. Walmart had the same item with free shipping to store. Guess who got my business.

not only could i not get the free shipping, but my order was 87 and my shipping was going to be 42! i asked if items could be shipped to store for pick up and was told NO! i called customer service and was on hold for 12 minutes( think i was placed in customer sevice abyss). hung up and called again, put on hold again for 5 minutes and the call went dead. called the 3rd time told the rep that i had already called 2 times before, rude and said i just wanted to speak to supervisor. she hung up on me. so glad i found all of your comments. i called my local paper to tell them of TARGET'S SCROOGE LIKE ATTITUDE!!!!!

I DON'T SEE TARGET BEING IN BUSSINESS MUCH LONGER ACTUALLY I'M SURPRISE THEY STILL ARE IN BREAKFAST. THEY SAY FREE SHIPPING ON ITEMS OVER $50 BUT UNDER THEIR TEARMS WILL NOT SHIP TP STORE AS WITH WAL MART THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY ANYTHING FROM TARET ONLY BUYING KNOW CUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY SITE THAT I FOUND THAT HAS WHAT I WANT AFTER TODAY I WON'T ORDER OR GO INTO THEIR STORE THEY ARE MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THEN WAL MART

target just lost a customer. whoever heard of shipping & handling on a gift card purchase...it was $50.00. I called customer service, spoke to Marcia & asked numerous times to speak to a manager. i was very polite... she hung up on me. bye-bye target

I used to order from Target all the time and those 10% and 15% off coupons and free shipping always worked, but now I am trying to order many items for Christmas and cant get ANY of the coupons to work other than the lame $5 or $7 off ones. It is super annoying that you have to click the coupon deal and enter the site that way in order to get the "deal" which in the end doesn't work anyway. Target, whatever you are doing that is new really sucks!

I just tried getting free shipping on four items and NONE of them would work for free shipping.... Even call and the lady on the phone was a b%$^%$ will never shop at target again

READ the fine print! And if it says it won't deliver to a store for you call and I have found that they will help you out to get you what you want because they want to keep you as a customer. You are the customer and you have a lot more power than you think, so start using it!

can't get free shipping or 15% off .I am ordering a baby dresser that is an on line item only. We should get free shipping since there is no choice. They won't enev sed it to a Target store for free. Not consumer friendly, especially in this economy. I guess it's the same all over,"stick it to the consumer HAHAHA".

This coupon does not work. I refuse to pay $15 shipping, so will order elsewhere. This was my first attempt to order from Target.com Likely, it's my last as well.

I ordered a glider/rocker/ottoman and the cost was $139.99. This coupon did not work for me - in fact - no coupons worked except for the $5.00 discount coupon that defaulted on the order. I tried several - Target should not advertise "free shipping" and then when you order you find it is only on a very few selected items. This was my first time ordering on-line from Target and I was very disappointed.

ordered $200 & did not get free shipping either. have to keep shopping on other websites- don't order anything online that I have to pay shipping for :)

I think it only works on certain items that are at least $50 and reads "Free Shipping".

I couldn't get the free shipping either, but in teeny, tiny print it says that it's only available in the 48 contiguous states and only on certain items. Hope this helps everyone's confusion. :)
