WARNING!! Their bra & underwear sizes aren't even close!

I've had not one, but 3 run-ins w/the sales staff (both in their stores as well as on the phone) that supposedly are "specially trained" in doing sizing for bras & they were WRONG every time! The worst experience was with one older woman who measured me & insisted I was a 34C even after I repeatedly told her that her measuring wasn't right. She then brings me to their fitting rooms & brings me 4 different style bras in that size. (I should divuldge that I had a breast lift and reduction a couple of years back, so thats how I knew this woman was wrong & tried to explain this to her, but she refused to listen!) Well, surprise, surprise! I tried what she brought me on & was overflowing out of them! I then turned to her & repeated that I knew I was a 34DD/E and then I hear "oh well, we don't carry THAT big of a size. When you got your lift & reduction surgery, WHY on earth didn't you go smaller so you WOULD fit into our bras?" Hence why I'd never buy my bras from them. Their underwear runs SMALL also, but didn't know until I made the mistake of ordering online from them. I'm a size 6, which according to their sizing chart is a size "small". So via their website I ordered $115.83 (including S/H & Tax)to find out they were WAY small on me! Then I got hassled why I was returning them. I LOVE their cotton underwear, now I know to order a medium & not a small. Thank God their sleepwear fits perfect otherwise my score for VS would have been a zero!
