For the fastest and easiest service, please follow the guidelines on the packing slip enclosed with the order.
1. List the item(s) that you are returning on the return form.
2. Please note the reason for the return.
3. If you are exchanging, let us know what you would like by completing the required information.
4. Please include the return form with your item and use the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid. We can't accept COD deliveries. We have provided a return label for your convenience.
5. Complete the customer copy on the back of the return form to keep for your records.
