X10 offers shipping free of charge for all US orders over $49.99 (before tax and after applicable discounts or vouchers); US orders $49.99 and under will be charged $5.90 for shipping and handling. For any order within the continental US, shipping via FedEx 2nd Day Air is available for $15.00; FedEx Next Day Air for $30.00. Please call X10 at 1-800-675-3044 to use these alternate shipping options.
Return Policy:
In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. X10 is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since X10 cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
