Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. The same 30 and 90-day periods apply for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the 30 or 90-day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier.
