You can return any merchandise you purchase from Zales at your local Zales store with your receipt/packing slip, within 30 days for a refund or 90 days for an exchange. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If you choose to ship your order back to us rather than taking it to your local Zales store, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. The same 30 and 90-day periods apply for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the 30 or 90-day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier.
