Even though this post is a year and a half old, it certainly generated a large number of views since then. I do hundreds of rebates a year, mostly on computer related items. As computer online junkie, I upload files to servers and other sites all day long so I thought I would just jot a quick note in case anybody was still wondering about the question.
No rebate of any kind ever requires you to UPLOAD a .pdf file. That's way beyond the skill level of the average computer user. But many do require you to DOWNload and print a .pdf form, which usually a single mouse click.
If anybody was really interested, there you are. For everybody else, sorry to waste your bandwidth. G'Day.
