there's this great website http://www.lifebooker.com that lets you book spa and salon appointments through their site. they have a slew of great places like Townhouse Spa or Jeunesse Spa, and their prices are shaved down to almost 50% off regular prices at high end spas in NYC. they also offer rewards dollars each time you book an appointment, so you earn money as you save! it's really worth it to take a look at.
