| Hey I recently purchased my Helio phone from a local dealer in my area (www.heliobuy.com). They provided really good service and the sales agent also threw in a free car charger for me. When I called Helio directly their reps didn't even know how to explain the different features. This guy at Invicta Wireless was on the phone with me for over an hour explaining everything before I even purchased anything. It's too bad customer service is getting so bad but good to see that there are some good guys still out there. |
